Twice blinking with large intervals on Breezi indicates that it is connected to your Wi-Fi router and is trying to connect with the internet. This is due to the reason that there is no internet available on the home Wi-Fi router. Breezi will continue to blink on the same pattern till the time it gets the internet access.
To resolve this issue, configure Cielo Breezi with another Wi-FI network that has an internet access. Follow the below mentioned steps:
- To change the Wi-Fi network, go to home screen and press the "three dots symbol" on the device.
- Press “change Wi-Fi”. Re-configure Cielo Breezi with your desired Wi-Fi network and make sure to enter the correct password.
- Breezi will stop blinking automatically once it gets the internet access and will appear “online” in Cielo Home App. Now you can control your Air-conditioner through your smartphone.

If the problem still persists, there might be one of the two scenarios:
- Make sure that there is no proxy server or authentication server configured on your Wi-Fi network as Breezi will not work with Captive portals.
Some of the ports on your Wi-Fi router may be blocked. Please make sure that the following ports are not restricted on your Wi-Fi router:
- TCP: 9998
- UDP: 9999
- HTTPS: 443
- HTTP: 80
Note: Your internet provider may have a built-in firewall or proxy. In this case, please check with your ISP.
